FENYC (Focused Exposure New York City)  Model Management is a model and talent management agency aiming to improve the process of connecting talent — including models, photographers, stylists, designers and multimedia companies — with clients and bookings.

Founded by Blake Barnes in April 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, this agency aims to eliminate flaws traditionally associated with talent management, such as scams, overcharging and taking advantage of young people looking to enter the industry. Focused Exposure recognizes that these problems are obstacles that prevent talented individuals from achieving their dreams.

Instead, we seek to make the process of building a career and connecting to standout talent safer, easier and more personal. By building authentic relationships with fresh faces and established industry leaders alike, we aim to support talent throughout their careers and connect clients with individuals who can bring their brand vision to life.
